  • AI agents that assist with planning, coding, and deployment
  • Integration with third-party services (GitHub, Vercel, Supabase)
  • Project management and collaboration tools

3. Account Registration

To use Chorus, you must:

  • Create an account using valid credentials
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Third-Party Services

Chorus integrates with third-party services including GitHub, Vercel, and Supabase. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms:

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of:

  • Code generated for your projects
  • Content you create or upload
  • Data stored in your connected accounts (GitHub, Vercel, Supabase)

You grant us a limited license to access and process your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Service

We retain ownership of:

  • The Chorus platform and software
  • AI models and agent systems
  • Documentation and marketing materials
  • Trademarks and branding

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to build competing products
  • Generate malicious code, malware, or harmful content
  • Violate any third-party rights
  • Circumvent usage limits or billing

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate code and content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors
  • You are responsible for reviewing and testing generated code
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or fitness of AI outputs
  • You should not use AI-generated content in safety-critical applications without thorough review

8. Payment and Billing

Subscription Plans

Chorus offers various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your plan
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Authorize recurring charges

Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion. Contact support@getchorus.ai for billing inquiries.

9. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay fees when due
  • Abuse the Service or our team

Upon termination, your access to the Service ends, but your code and data in third-party services (GitHub, Vercel, Supabase) remain yours.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YOHO SOLUTIONS INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yoho Solutions Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

16. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Yoho Solutions Inc. regarding the Service.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
